Montagne Jeunesse Self Heating Fudge Sauna Hot Vanilla

I have been lusting after Montagne Jeunesse masks ever since Dee reviewed them on IMBB. Montagne Jeunesse has a tempting and delicious array of face masks and the names given to these masks are so yummy, “fruit smoothie”, “chocolate”, “strawberry,” to name a few.  I got quite a few packs from this brand and will be reviewing them soon.  To start with, I will review my favourite out of all of them, “Montagne Jeunesse Self Heating Fudge Sauna – Hot Vanilla.”  Hot Vanilla is enough to send the salivary glands into an overdrive, but “self heating” was quite new to me.  This is the first time I have used a self-heating mask and I am on a roll and the next time I see a “self-heating” pack, I will pick it up without thinking twice.

Product Description:

With rich Mediterranean Clay, cleansing has never been so enjoyable!  This hot vanilla fudge sauna isn’t for eating, instead it gently warms open pores and deep cleans, drawing out dirt and grime for skin so clean it glows.

How To Use:

Thoroughly cleanse face with warm water only.  Leave face wet.  Apply evenly over face and neck with fingertips, avoiding eyes and lips.  Lie back, relax and enjoy the destressing warming effects for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with water.  Pat dry.  Use weekly.

My Take on Montagne Jeunesse Self Heating Fudge Sauna – Hot Vanilla:

There is a “warning” on the pack which says, “do not eat” along with other warnings such as keep out of the reach of children and that’s because this pack smells so richly of vanilla and its not even nauseating.  This 15 gm pack is similar to the Maggi Pichkoo pack, but when I first got it, I was kind of disappointed because it is such a small sachet.  I was a bit upset that I had paid 150 rupees for a face pack that most probably would be enough for just one-time use, but when I used it, it was pure luxury! :makeup:

The pack inside the sachet is muddy white in color, thick viscous in consistency, and very sticky.  The instructions specify to use it on wet face and that’s what I did. Upon contact with wet skin, the pack produced a warm sensation which is not alarming, but in fact is quite a relish.  The warm sensation lasts for may be 5 to 10 seconds and when you dab it again, the same kind of lovely warmth is produced.  I just loooooooved the whole experience.  After 10 to 15 minutes, the pack does not dry completely, it kinds of whitens up, and you can wash it off.

After rinsing the pack off, what I noticed was clean, smooth, and radiant skin.  My skin had brightened up to a considerable degree and the most important aspect was that my skin did not feel stretchy or dry (which is the usual case with most face packs).  With this pack, I had an experience akin to a clean-up session at the parlour, its that good!

Since this is a 15 gm packet, I could use it for two times exactly! :idk:

• Smells delicious, the name is yummy too “fudge sauna – hot vanilla.”
• Works like a charm, gave me bright, clean, and radiant skin.
• Gave me a feeling akin to a clean-up session at the parlour.
• Did not make my skin stretchy or overtly dry.
• Does not contain parabens.
• Smells wonderfully of vanilla.

Cons of Montagne Jeunesse Self Heating Fudge Sauna – Hot Vanilla:

• The sachet is of  15 grams, so you can use it only for two times and since it comes in a cut-open sachet, it may not give effects similar to the first time that you have used it.

I cannot think of any other con.

Will I Repurchase Montagne Jeunesse Self Heating Fudge Sauna – Hot Vanilla?

Yes, its the best mask that I have used though I am a little disappointed with the quantity offered.

Do I Recommend Montagne Jeunesse Self Heating Fudge Sauna – Hot Vanilla?

Yes, to those who love getting clean-ups at the parlour.
